Out at Five

True story: A while back, I chatted with a man at Stinson Park who told me that when they built the park back in 2005 that the military had erected large walls around the area shielding the construction site from view. The guy said he could peek through the barrier and saw they were clearly putting a large installation underground.

So really, this comic is based somewhat on reality. Or a rumor of reality.
